Extreme wind chills return to Southern Manitoba tonight

There is a general consensus that temperatures across the Red River Valley will dip in the lower -30s by tomorrow morning (see above). The wind chill map is presented below.

Portage La Prairie: -29C, feels like -37

Winnipeg: -28C, feels like -37
