Wind chills to hit -40 by tomorrow morning for Manitoba

When we were saying that the Arctic air was returning we weren't kidding! Bundle up tonight if you live in the Prairie Provinces because strong winds will bring wind chills near or surpassing -40 in some areas of southern Manitoba.

Above depicts a continental view of the Arctic airmass setting into the Prairie Provinces and Ontario on Monday morning as the Colorado Low departs northeast. This same Low will bring rain to parts of southern Ontario tomorrow. Below is a depiction of wind chills possible for Manitoba.
Winnipeg: -24C, -40 wind chill
Brandon: -25C, -38 wind chill
Portage La Prairie: -25C. -41 wind chill
