Manitoba highway closures [UPDATE]


Whiteout conditions persist across southeastern Manitoba. Here are the current highway closures:

  • Hwy 75 from Winnipeg to US Border

  • Hwy 3 from Winnipeg to Winkler

  • Hwy 13 from Elm Creek to Carman

More highway closures are possible in the next few hours before conditions gradually improve.
