Blizzard is in full swing this morning in parts of eastern North Dakota and in parts of southeast Manitoba. North Dakota is seeing the worst of it and it has prompted major Interstate closures:
I-29 from Canadian border to Fargo CLOSED
I-94 from Fargo to Bismarck CLOSED
