Blizzard continues in North Dakota and adjacent Minnesota. At this time, Interstate 29 from Fargo to Grand Forks and I-94 from Fargo to Jamestown are closed. Surrounding highways are under no travel advisories.

Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commute. Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero will cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
