Wind chills approaching -33 overnight Monday for Winnipeg

Several cities will see dangerous wind chills across Manitoba such as Portage La Prairie, Winnipeg, Morris and more. According to Environment Canada, wind chills could be as low as -33 overnight Monday into Tuesday morning for the City of Winnipeg.
